Lyman & Ash is located on the middle, south side of the 1600 block of Latimer Street between 16th and 17th Streets, and Locust and Spruce Streets in the Rittenhouse Square area of Center City Philadelphia.

Parking

There is no street parking on the 1600 block of Latimer Street. Street parking in the Rittenhouse area is limited and has time restrictions. We recommend parking at one of the many parking garages conveniently located in the Rittenhouse area. Several garages are located on 1500 block of Latimer Street. A self-park garage is located on the 1500 block of Spruce Street.

Driving Directions

From I-95 (North or South)
Take Exit 22 for I-676 Vine Street Expressway (Center City). Exit for Broad Street/PA-611. Merge onto 15th Street. Stay in right lanes to continue onto 15th Street. Make right onto Latimer Street (Between Locust and Spruce Streets). Office is on the next block.

From I-76 Schuylkill Expressway
Take Exit I-676 Vine Street Expressway (US 30). Exit for Broad Street/PA-611. Make right turn onto 15th Street. Stay in right lane to continue onto 15th Street. Make right onto Latimer Street (Between Locust and Spruce Streets). Office is on the next block.
